Our Mission is to select, educate, train, and theologically equip West Virginia inmates to voluntarily become West Virginia Peer Mentors to be transferred to other state prisons to minister to their peers by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ through acts of service. In doing this, we will help bring evidenced-based positive change to the prison system, reduce recidivism, which translates to fewer future victims of crime, and safer West Virginia communities. This is achieved through spiritual and moral rehabilitation influence brought into the prisons by the West Virginia Peer Mentors who counsel, comfort, serve, and disciple those around them.

Architectural Structure

To accomplish our Mission, we have established working partnerships with the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and Appalachian Bible College, to innovate, develop, sponsor, fund, and support the Bible College at Mt. Olive Prison and to further support the deployment of the Peer Mentors to outlying West Virginia prisons.
